Operating Environment
The PCI prof.IT application suite uses Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 Server or Windows Small Business Server 2003 in conjunction with SQL Server 2000 or SQL Server 2003. In addition to providing a familiar and user friendly interface the Microsoft platform offers an unrivalled level of integration with 3rd party application.

Customer Support Requirements
In order to provide an efficient and professional Customer Support service we use PC Anywhere. This uses a broadband connection (ADSL) in conjunction with your Router, Firewall and a static IP address in order to maximise your network security.
Network Options
prof.IT can be configured to operate on a standard TCP/IP local area network or by using JTi, a web enabling application, create a fully mobile wide area network.
