Operating Environment
The PCI prof.IT application suite uses Windows 2003 Server, Windows Small Business Server 2003, Windows 2008 Server, or Windows Small Business Server 2008 in conjunction with SQL Server 2005 or SQL Server 2008. In addition to providing a familiar and user friendly interface the Microsoft platform offers an unrivalled level of integration with 3rd party applications.

A detailed server specification is dependent on the size and activity levels of your company. We would be pleased discuss your requirements and provide a detailed recommendation.

Customer Support Requirements
In order to provide an efficient and professional Customer Support service we use Microsoft Shared View. This uses a broadband connection (ADSL) in conjunction with your Router, Firewall and a static IP address in order to maximise your network security.
Network Options
prof.IT can be configured to operate on a standard TCP/IP local area network or by using JTi, a web enabling application, create a fully mobile wide area network.
