Support
We provide telephone and remote assess support for all of our applications and can, by agreement, include operating systems and 3rd party applications in a support contract.
We operate a sophisticated call logging system which incorporates a priority classification and activity tracking facility. Calls can be automatically logged from our prof.IT application with confirmations being sent directly to the user concerned by e-mail.
As part of our commitment to support our customers we also distribute a regular News Letter and organise a free User Day. These are designed to improve communication and facilitate networking between our customers and PCI.
